SAVE AMERICA'S DOMESTIC FOOD PRODUCTION! OPPOSE H.R.4421/S.2332

The Farm System Reform Act H.R.4421/S.2332  whose vegan sponsors, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Sen.Cory Booker (D-NJ) know little, if anything, about food production in America.

Their mission is to advance arbitrary and unconstitutional limitations on animal agriculture production in this legislation to advance their faux crisis and climate change agenda.

The Farm System Reform Act (H.R.4421/S.2332) is legislation written with the intent to abolish  large CAFOs,  or Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations,  which are  climate and condition controlled confinement for food animals as they are prepared for inspection, production, processing and distribution across the U.S.

This legislation would systematically destroy facilities put in place to keep animals safe and content during the holding period before they are harvested for food or dairies which require large confinement areas during milking of cows.

This dangerous legislation is an attempt to solve a "crisis" that does not exist, and is written to intentionally put further onerous restrictions on our domestic food producers across the United States.

  • The Farm System Reform Act would phase out "largest" Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) by 2040.
  • "Large" is defined by putting unconstitutional and arbitrary restrictions on the number  of animals in CAFOs for dairy, cattle, equine, sheep, lambs, poultry, swine, ducks.
  • This legislation is a vegan and animal rights' dream and would fulfill their goal of the abolition of animal agriculture in America.
Referred to House Agriculture; Transportation and Infastructure Committee/Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment; Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.
